We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of desired appointment. 

For last-minute appointments or therapist request, please call us directly at (808) 688-1808.

Reservations can be made multiple ways:

You will be required to complete our Client Confidential Form  before your scheduled appointment. To expedite process at check-in and for touchless sequence, you have the option to complete beforehand. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We value your business as well as our therapists. 

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Length of service may be adjusted accordingly to accomodate scheduled appointments of other guests.  

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival. There shall be no cell phone use during service.

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
