As a Medical Massage Practioner and Massage Owner, Director & Instructor, Hazel Stamm, believes that massage therapy is vital today more than ever. 

Her journey began with her early childhood activities and experiences in the Philippines with her family. Through her personal love and passion to help others well-being, she decided to become a massage therapist. 

Hazel has been a massage therapist for seven years and spent the last ten years working in health, wellness and spa industry and traveled the world to experience and learn different massage modalities, style and techniques. 

Through her entrepreneurial mindset, she eventually opened up her own massage clinic in 2016, Knead Professional Massage. Ulimately, in 2020, fostering education and her gifts, Central Oahu Massage Institute was born.
